Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Asta account in the Android or iPhone app:

Open Asta and sign in.
Tap Profile in the bottom navigation.
Tap the settings button, then choose Delete account.
Confirm the deletion.

To request deletion without the app, email victor@useasta.app from the address associated with your Asta account. Use the subject “Account deletion request” and ask us to delete your account and associated data. We may ask you to verify ownership before processing the request.

What deletion does

Deletion removes your Asta authentication account and the account data we control, including profile information, follows, comments, and app-side trading history. Product events may remain after their account identifier is removed for aggregate statistics.

Records retained for security or legal reasons currently have no fixed retention period and may be retained indefinitely. Public blockchain transactions are permanent and cannot be changed or deleted.

Never email us your password, wallet private key, recovery phrase, or one-time verification code.
