You can permanently delete your Asta account directly in the iPhone app:
- Open Asta and sign in.
- Tap Profile in the bottom navigation.
- Tap the settings button, then choose Delete account.
- Confirm the deletion.
If you cannot access the app, email us from the address associated with your account and use the subject “Account deletion request.” We may ask you to verify ownership before processing the request.
What deletion does
Deletion removes your Asta authentication account and the account data we control. De-identified product events may remain for aggregate statistics, and records required for security or legal reasons may be retained for the required period. Public blockchain transactions cannot be changed or deleted.
Never email us your password, wallet private key, recovery phrase, or one-time verification code.
