What Asta is

Asta is operated by VSP Services LLC. In these terms, "Asta", "we", and "us" mean VSP Services LLC.

Asta is a social app for prediction markets. You watch takes, and you can back or fade them with real money. Trades are executed on Polymarket, a third-party prediction market exchange. Asta is an interface to Polymarket, not an exchange, broker, or custodian.

Your funds live in a non-custodial wallet controlled by a key that only you can use. Asta never holds your money or your keys. You can export your key or withdraw your funds at any time.

Who can use it

You must be old enough to enter binding contracts where you live (at least 18).

Trading is not available in every region. We check your approximate location and disable order placement where prediction market trading is restricted, including the United States. Circumventing these restrictions is a breach of these terms.

You also agree to Polymarket's own terms when your orders execute there.

The risks, plainly

Prediction markets are bets. A position can go to zero, and most positions on one side of every market do. Never trade money you can't afford to lose.

Your trading decisions and their outcomes are yours alone. By depositing money and placing trades, you accept that VSP Services LLC is not responsible for money you lose: losing positions, market resolutions you disagree with, prices that moved before your order filled, funds sent to wrong addresses, or losses caused by Polymarket, blockchains, wallets, or any other service outside our control.

Funding is crypto. Blockchain transactions are final; there are no chargebacks and nobody can reverse a transfer sent to the wrong address. Double-check withdrawal addresses.

Nothing on Asta is financial advice. Takes are opinions from people on the internet. Prices are live market data that can move between the moment you see them and the moment your order fills.

Fees

Asta charges a 0.5% fee on the amount of each trade placed through the app. Polymarket collects this builder fee with the order. It is separate from any fee Polymarket charges for the market itself.

The trade ticket shows Asta's fee and any applicable Polymarket fee before you place an order. The displayed total includes the trade amount and both fees.

Referral program

When the referral program is available, a new user who creates an account through an eligible referral link may earn a rebate equal to 10% of Asta's trading fee on qualifying trades. Asta does not reduce the fee when an order is placed and credits the rebate only after the corresponding builder-fee event for an executed trade is confirmed. The referrer earns 25% of the Asta fee remaining after that rebate. Polymarket's own fees are not included in either calculation.

A referral is attached only during initial signup. Referrers cannot be added retroactively or changed, and self-referrals are not allowed. Rewards are based on confirmed builder fees and may be delayed or voided for reversed, fraudulent, manipulated, or otherwise ineligible activity.

Your conduct

Don't use Asta for anything illegal, don't manipulate markets, don't abuse other users, and don't attack, scrape, or overload the service. We can suspend or remove accounts that do. Because the wallet is non-custodial, suspension never traps your funds: your key still controls them.

Service availability

Asta is evolving software. Features will change, break, and disappear. The service is provided as is, without warranties, and we may modify or discontinue it. We work to keep it reliable, but you shouldn't treat it as infrastructure.

To the maximum extent the law allows, VSP Services LLC's total liability to you is limited to the amount you've paid us in fees, and we aren't liable for trading losses, indirect losses, lost profits, or losses caused by Polymarket, blockchains, or other services we don't control.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, we'll note it here with a new effective date. Using Asta after a change means you accept it.
